Everything comes to an end eventually though, right? If Michael dies, it’s going to send a shockwave through Genoa City, and I’m not sure how Lauren would be able to cope. With everything Victor has on Ashland, this is about the only thing that Ashland could cling on to. It’s the classic “brought out of retirement” story, and as soon as he agreed to go back to work for Victor, we should have seen the days numbered above his head. It looks like he could mean permanently and we could see the demise of one of the longest-running characters on the show!įor decades, Michael has been a staple, but now with everything on the line and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) worrying so much about him, Michael could be calling it a day. Ashland obviously doesn’t like this and has ordered his people to find Michael and shut him up. With Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) breathing down Ashland’s neck, as well as half of the Newman clan, Ashland will feel like he’s being cornered and fight back with everything he has.
